Job Description
The main responsibilities are:
- Build, test, and deploy digital marketing campaigns. These are primarily email but may also cover other channels including SMS and Mobile
- Develop and refine customer journeys across all touch points to ensure smooth implementation and optimal performance.
- Support client's technical needs on leading Marketing Automation Platforms including SFMC, Oracle Responsys, Braze, Iterable, Cordial, and others.
- Configure and build marketing automation tool component.
- Work closely with Project Management and Customer Success teams to deliver per the schedule and on
- Work with a defined checklist and process to QA creative and campaign
- Develop an appropriate, campaign-specific testing
- Perform functional testing of marketing campaigns to confirm
- Provide assistance and direction to help resolve defects and
- Work closely with other campaign services team members to build and QA campaigns collaboratively.
A successful Campaign Specialist should have:
- Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and metrics effectively.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Understanding of the media and agency industry trends and best practices.
