The Campaigns Manager is a critical player in executing Husch Blackwell’s marketing strategy, amplifying our thought leadership, and contributing to initiatives that position Husch Blackwell as the law firm of choice. Working directly with leaders in the Business Development, Marketing and Communications business unit and attorneys, this role delivers high-impact and integrated marketing campaigns. From content strategy and digital campaigns to events and lead generation activities, this hands-on role operates across the full spectrum of the firm’s marketing efforts. Essential functions include:
Lead the implementation of marketing strategies to enhance client experiences and strengthen the firm’s brand and expertise.Provide insights on market trends, competitive analysis, and client behavior.Create and interpret thought leadership content and editorials in collaboration with subject matter experts.Create marketing plans to promote content across multiple channels, develop social media assets, and support advertising campaigns on LinkedIn when relevant.Drive content amplification across multiple channels, monitoring engagement, and providing recommendations for improvement.Using tools such as Google Analytics, track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to business unit leaders and marketing teams.Utilize SEO best practices and analytics tools to optimize campaign content and measure effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve performance .Collaborate with teams such as Business Development, PR & Media Relations, Events and Marketing Technology to align marketing efforts with broader firm initiatives.Communicate and build awareness across the firm on the importance of an integrated approach across all internal and external channels and detail the guidelines, communication framework, and timelines for suitable channels.Conduct analyses and benchmarking to determine the effectiveness of campaigns.Develop an editorial strategy and content creation calendar for the firm.Provide support to internal stakeholders, including author teams and key partner leaders to help translate business insights into marketing actions.Supervise a team of marketing professionals who support campaign development and implementation, including social media, website and blog content, merchandise, and advertising. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred or equivalent professional experience).5-7 years of experience in a content development role.Strong understanding of design systems and digital storytelling across multiple mediums (web, video, brand campaigns, content platforms).Experience leading and mentoring high-performing creative teams, including remote and hybrid environments.Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when engaging executive stakeholders and non-design audiences.Ability to travel to Husch Blackwell offices and event locations when needed to produce creative projects.Commitment to delivering superior service to all clients while producing best-in-class content strategy and campaign work.Passion for making content accessible and intuitive for colleagues beyond the creative services team.Dedicated leader and mentor who will motivate and work collaboratively with a high-volume team.Ability and willingness to adapt to changing business demands.Ability to exercise good judgment at all times by making sound and practical decisions; ability to assume responsibility for decisions and act decisively under deadlines.High level of professional integrity required; ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of design excellence. Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. The expected compensation ranges for this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows:
State of California: $86,000 - $175,000State of Colorado: $79,000 - $141,000State of Illinois: $78,000 - $151,000State of Massachusetts: $86,000 - $164,000State of Maryland: $83,000 - $126,000State of Minnesota: $86,000 - $142,000Jersey City, NJ: $93,000 - $169,000State of New York: $80,000 - $173,000State of Vermont: $85,000 - $163,000State of Washington: $83,000 - $158,000Washington, $111,000 - $163,000 The above salaries do not include a discretionary bonus, however bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed, and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
