Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full time campus dietetics position at Minnesota State University located in Mankato, Minnesota. In this highly visible and cross-functional role, the selected candidate will work closely with students, campus leaders, and campus athletics, and will provide lectures and tabling events across campus. Up to 20% travel to other college campuses in the region may be required.
