MISSION: Act as the “experience delivery engine” for IESE’s events and program coordination, managing resources in an effective and cost-efficient way to provide on time, personalized and responsive services that contribute to deliver excellent experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Assist with the design, planning and management of client’s events and program coordination:

  • Event management & Program coordination that includes:

  • Program Delivery and Student’s Support: badges, seating charts, team rooms, lunch arrangements, etc.

  • Client Service: answer the information requests (by email, telephone, and personal)

  • Events management: production of materials (foams, screens, posters, html etc.); speakers management, follow up, agenda and gifts; support press needs; design event & costumer journey;
