Job Description
MISSION: Act as the “experience delivery engine” for IESE’s events and program coordination, managing resources in an effective and cost-efficient way to provide on time, personalized and responsive services that contribute to deliver excellent experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the design, planning and management of client’s events and program coordination.
- Event management & program coordination that includes:
- Program Delivery and Student’s Support: badges, seating charts, team rooms, lunch arrangements, etc.
- Client Service: answer information requests (by email, telephone, and in person).
- Events management: production of materials (foams, screens, posters, html, etc.); speakers management, follow up, agenda and gifts; support press needs; design event & customer journey.
