MISSION
Act as the “experience delivery engine” for IESE’s events and program coordination, managing resources in an effective and cost‑efficient way to provide on time, personalized and responsive services that contribute to delivering excellent experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the design, planning and management of clients’ events and program coordination
- Event management & program coordination includes:
- Program delivery and student support: badges, seating charts, team rooms, lunch arrangements, etc.
- Client service: answering information requests (by email, telephone and personal)
- Events production: material production (foams, screens, posters, HTML, etc.), speaker management, agenda and gifts, press support, event & customer journey design
- Projects involvement: portfolio of social activity providers (hotels & restaurants), gifts to participants, support in catering, IT, audiovisual...
