Job Role: Campus Recruiter (Kolkata) Location: Kolkata Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Campus Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts by connecting with colleges and educational institutions. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to colleges, coordinate with placement cells, and schedule meetings or campus drives with our recruitment team. Roles and Responsibilities: Contact colleges, universities, and training institutes via calls and emails. Coordinate with placement officers, TPOs, and college authorities. Schedule meetings, campus recruitment drives, and virtual sessions. Maintain and update a database of colleges and key contacts. Follow up regularly to ensure confirmations and closures. Share accurate information about job openings, eligibility, and hiring processes. Prepare daily/weekly call reports and meeting schedules. Collaborate with internal recruitment and HR teams Requirements 6 months to 2 years of experience in BPO, Tele Sales, Tele Calling, or similar roles. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Confidence in making outbound calls and handling follow-ups. Good coordination and relationship-management abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and reporting. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
