Role: Campus Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2-4 years (Must have campus recruitment experience)

Note - Recent 2 years experience need not be in staffing

Fission Labs is looking for a passionate and proactive Campus Recruiter who will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring emerging talent from universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to fuel our organizational growth. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will build long-term relationships with campus stakeholders, manage campus hiring programs, and create outstanding candidate experiences that position our company as an employer of choice among students and fresh graduates.

Key Responsibilities

Campus Strategy & Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, placement cells, and student communities.
  • Plan and execute campus recruitment events such as presentations, career fairs, hackathons, workshops, and info sessions.

Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Source and engage high-potential student talent through on-campus activities, social media platforms, student networks, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of early-career candidates for internships and entry-level roles.

Full Recruitment Cycle

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for campus hires — from screening and assessments to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Employer Branding

  • Represent the company at campus events and promote our culture, values, and opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Partner with marketing/HR teams to enhance employer brand visibility among student communities.

Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key campus recruitment metrics.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment activities, candidate engagement, and campus hiring outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong preference for campus/ University hiring exposure.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent the company effectively to students, faculty, and hiring managers.

Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships with students, campus coordinators, and internal stakeholders.

Organized & Proactive: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campus events, recruitment drives, and hiring cycles simultaneously.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using recruitment tools, ATS platforms, social media, and digital sourcing channels.

Results Oriented: Energetic, self-driven, and focused on achieving recruitment targets while delivering a superior candidate experience.
