In this role, you will:
You’ll be reporting to the Campus Recruitment Team Manager and be responsible for managing end-to-end campus talent acquisition activities, including creating and executing on-campus strategy. You will build and maintain a diverse talent bench of candidates across various geographies through all stages of the recruitment funnel. Leveraging technologies, you will be responsible for assessing and tracking candidates, relationship management, and offer management. You will be helping to create and deliver presentations on and off-campus, plan and execute events and large-scale conferences, as well as manage social media deliverables.
