Campus Talent Acquisition Partner (6 month contract)

Position Description At CGI, we pride ourselves on the amazing teams we build, currently we are looking for a Campus Talent Acquisition Partner to help us grow. In this role, you will be part of the National Campus Recruitment team with a specific focus recruiting in the Greater Toronto area (GTA). Join our Campus Recruitment team where you’ll have the opportunity to strengthen our co-op programs in the GTA while contributing creative ideas that help us evolve our campus talent attraction strategy!

Responsibilities

• Foster, maintain and nurture relationships with target schools, partnering with career services, faculty/staff and student groups to manage our on-campus presence
• Identify, coordinate and lead participation in GTA university/college campus recruitment events, measure success of events and provide recommendations to guide future investment decisions
