Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Camunda Administrator to manage, support, and optimize Camunda BPM platform operations in a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain the Camunda BPM platform
• Monitor system health, performance, and stability;
  proactively optimize performance
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of Camunda-based applications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Camunda users and applications
• Design and extend Camunda architecture, including Cockpit plugins
• Integrate Camunda Runtime Container with Spring Framework and Spring Boot
• Automate business workflows and order processing using Camunda BPM
• Design and maintain BPMN diagrams for process execution
• Build POCs for BPM processes and integrate with databases and web services
• Perform Camunda platform upgrades (including version upgrades) with minimal downtime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and handle client interactions professionally

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience as a Camunda Administrator
• In-depth knowledge of the Camunda Platform and all its components
• Proven experience in Camunda version upgrades (including 8.X series)
• Integration experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
• Elasticsearch knowledge with hands-on operational experience
• AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized environments
• Ability to handle team and client communication effectively

Desired / Good-to-Have Skills

• Java development knowledge
• Database concepts and hands-on DB experience
