We are seeking a skilled Camunda Application Support Specialist to join our Technology_VOIS team in Pune. This role is ideal for individuals with over 4 years of experience in supporting Java Spring Boot applications and managing production incidents. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring application reliability, resolving issues, and enhancing operational excellence. Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, BPMN, and monitoring tools like Grafana and OTEL is essential. The role requires shift flexibility, including night shifts.

  • Investigate and resolve incidents reported in Camunda-based applications.
  • Ensure timely and accurate response to issues, maintaining SLA compliance.
