We are seeking a skilled and experienced Consultant specializing in Camunda to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in Camunda BPM, business process modeling, and system integration. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes using Camunda, working closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with clients to analyze and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.

* Design and implement BPMN workflows using Camunda to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

* Develop and execute integration strategies for connecting Camunda with other systems, utilizing REST APIs, message queues, and other integration techniques.

* Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on best practices for using Camunda and optimizing business processes.

* Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on Camunda functionalities and process optimization strategies.

* Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as necessary.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in BPM and Camunda technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with the team and clients.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Camunda BPM, including expertise in BPMN, DMN, and CMMN modeling.

* Strong understanding of business process management principles and methodologies.

* Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and other relevant programming languages and technologies.

* Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and RESTful web services.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients at all levels.

* Relevant certifications in Camunda or BPM-related fields are a plus.
