Overview

Position: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate – Walmart Canada. The role involves picking, packing and dispensing online orders with high quality standards and safety/food hygiene compliance to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What You'll Do

• Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with care and quality to achieve on-time delivery to customers.
• Pack orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similarly named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
• Ensure picked products are of the highest quality (no damaged products, freshest product selection).
• Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation of pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.
• Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
