Responsibilities:

• Find and research new business opportunities and prospects
  
• Make 50+ outbound sales calls daily to engage leads and promote products/services
  
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals
  
• Develop lasting customer relationships and understand their needs
  
• Stay current on product offerings and industry competitors
  
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  
• Reconnect with existing leads to promote new features or upgrades
  

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  
• New graduate or up to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or customer service
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication
  
• Tech-savvy with familiarity using CRM tools like Salesforce or Groove
  
• High-energy, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  
• Organized and adaptable with strong multitasking skills
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  
• Previous cold-calling or inside sales experience
  
• Experience with technical or SaaS products
  
• Internship or startup experience
