Job Description

What you will do

  • Conduct full-cycle lead generation outreach via LinkedIn to attract potential candidates;
  • Initiate and maintain conversations with candidates, presenting company opportunities and building long-term interest;
  • Make initial qualification of candidates through messaging and screening questions, ensuring their fit for roles;
  • Drive conversion by engaging and motivating qualified leads to move forward in the recruitment process;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM and Google Sheets;
  • Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Must haves

  • 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or lead generation;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B1+) ;
