Your Role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas preferred).

Good PowerPoint creation and presentation structuring skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and candidate‑engagement capability.

Preference for candidates from customer care/support roles with experience handling customer interactions.
