Amazon’s EU Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is looking for a highly motivated Candidate Engagement Manager focused on furthering Amazon’s culture of inclusivity through tailored hiring programs which support underrepresented talent pools. Meeting program goals will be successfully achieved through influencing internally and engaging externally. As a Candidate Engagement Manager on the team, you will work across Poland, Slovakia and Czech Republic to develop and implement project plans which support underrepresented groups of job seekers to access Amazon roles. You will dive deep to understand the customer and possible support programs (which may be current candidates, job seekers, employees, external vendors and government entities). You will actively work to identify gaps and opportunities where there are currently barriers to inclusion. You will influence and align key business partners and stakeholders to implement changes to create opportunity parity.
