Locations: Delhi/NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, Allahabad, Lucknow, Agra, Jaipur, Kolkata

Experience: 2 to 10 Years in Sales (Life Insurance preferred)

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train develop agents on commission basis .
  • Manage track sales achievement through agent networks.
  • Supervise monitor agent activity plans to ensure desired levels.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) and update Sales Management System.
  • Motivate engage agents through Career Progression Programs .
  • Promote usage of Agent Portal CRM for customer management and cross-selling.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any stream (minimum).
