What You'll Do

• Develop strategic partnerships with UK universities, SCITT providers, and FE colleges to access trainee teachers and education professionals.
• Organise and attend university career fairs and recruitment events.
• Launch and manage innovative initiatives such as our Candidate Ambassador Program.
• Optimise job board performance and sourcing strategies to maximise ROI.
• Support and train the UK Resourcer team in best practices for candidate engagement, sourcing advert writing.
