Responsibilities Collaborate with department managers and executives to obtain information on open roles within the business. Listen to and understand the hiring manager's requirements for the role and the ideal candidate. Write effective job adverts and post them on various job boards. Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other resume databases by actively contacting relevant candidates to tell them about open positions. Pre-screen and review incoming applicants for open positions and conduct telephone screening with them as required. Schedule and conduct interviews with potential new candidates.
