Cane Supply Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Proven skills and experience associated with the co-ordination of a time sensitive supply chain related to an agricultural and/or manufacturing operations


• Local area negotiation of matters which cover all aspects of transport, handling and crushing of cane including all transactions relating to the payment for sugar cane


• Analyse, interpret and review current transport data and methods to maintain and enhance transport efficiencies


• Maintain the operations of the cane supply department to ensure that established targets and goals are met within an agreed plan, including communication, budgeting, planning and administration


• Develop, implement, monitor and fine-tune harvest rosters, transport rosters and schedules
