Canvasser – Aspen Contracting



Location: Springfield, MO
Pay: $17/hour + High Commission Potential
Schedule: Full-time & Part-time available



About the Role:


Aspen Contracting is looking for energetic individuals to help expand its reach in the roofing, siding, and gutter industry. As a Canvasser, you’ll engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, generate leads, and promote Aspen’s services.

Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate leads for the sales team. 

  • Distribute marketing materials and educate homeowners on roofing, siding, and gutter services.

  • Represent Aspen Contracting at trade shows, home shows, and local events.

  • Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a great customer experience.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Enthusiastic individuals who enjoy meeting new people and building connections. 

  • Reliable and self-motivated candidates who can walk 3-5 miles daily.

  • Strong communicators with a persuasive yet respectful approach.

  • Applicants with reliable transportation to and from work sites.

  • Base Pay: $17 per hour + uncapped commissions.
