About the Role
We are looking for a Capability Associate to join our Sales team. This role is critical in driving sales excellence by supporting capability‑building initiatives, enabling our sales force to perform at their best, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing sales capability programs, including training and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
- Support onboarding of new sales team members through structured capability programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and capability‑building activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to capability programs and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of capability projects.
