**Position Responsibilities:**



Leader Development



+ Conduct leader onboarding programs to support the expansion and recruitment initiatives of the distribution partners.

+ Conduct follow-up capability development programs to new leaders



Advisor Development:



+ Conduct advisor onboarding, product knowledge, sales training and other development programs.



Program Delivery:



+ Implement and manage a range of learning programs and initiatives.

+ Ensure the delivery of high-quality training sessions, workshops, and development programs.



Assessment and Evaluation:



+ Implement metrics and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.

+ Use data-driven insights to continuously improve
