Capability Lead – AI Pilot Implementation (commences end Jan 2026)

Role Summary

We are seeking a permanent Capability Lead to lead the pilot implementation of an AI solution for clients. This role will commence at the end of January. This role is suited for a technically strong Project Manager who can translate business needs into executable delivery plans, manage end‑to‑end pilot execution, and validate AI solution performance using client data. You will be accountable for pilot outcomes, client‑facing delivery, and converting the successful pilot to a full‑scale implementation project.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the full pilot lifecycle: discovery, planning, data preparation, validation, and handover to contracting for scale‑up implementation.
• Act as the primary technical project manager and client‑facing pilot delivery lead; manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
