About The Role

Join our IT Services team as a Capacity & Entitlements Manager. In this role, you will take ownership of monitoring and analyzing infrastructure capacity levels, forecasting future requirements, and optimizing resource utilization across global operations. You will collaborate with IT, Delivery, and Commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment and present detailed capacity reports to senior stakeholders.


This is full-time onsite role based in our Baner, Pune office. 

About You 

You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing IT infrastructure and driving efficiency at a global scale. You bring 5+ years of experience in capacity management or related roles.


You have:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, capacity planning tools, and data analysis techniques.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable strategies with familiarity on tools like M365, Power BI, Atlassian Suite.
  • Leadership & Influence: Confidence to lead meetings, present to senior stakeholders, and drive initiatives forward.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

    Key Responsibilities 
  • Monitor and analyse current capacity levels of systems and resources. 
  • Forecast future capacity requirements based on business growth. 
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimal resource utilization. 
  • Track and optimize license (entitlements) usage across infrastructure. 
  • Prepare and present detailed capacity reports to senior management. 
  • Identify potential capacity risks and develop mitigation strategies.
