The Emerson Wide Area Network (WAN) network comprises around 400 sites and 700 circuits which must be sized to deliver a quality user experience at an appropriate cost. The primary role of the Capacity Planning Analyst is to analyze network circuit utilization and provide actionable analysis to management to facilitate the Emerson network to operate at “best-in-class” levels of performance and cost.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
+ Work closely with Senior Manager, WAN & Telephony Services, Network Logistics and other stakeholders to understand the drivers of network circuit costs
+ Work closely with the Network Tools team on the development of capacity planning reports and dashboards
