Role Overview:

We are seeking skilled and proactive professionals to join our Supply Chain (Procurement / Purchase) team. The roles involve managing end-to-end procurement operations, vendor management, and sourcing strategy for our client engagements. The ideal candidates will come from the automotive or consumer appliances industry and possess hands-on experience in supplier development, negotiation, and procurement excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement operations including RFQs, quotation analysis, negotiations, PO creation, and vendor coordination.

Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers for materials, components, and consumables.

Ensure on-time material availability to meet production and project requirements.

Perform cost analysis, benchmarking, and price negotiation to achieve optimal cost savings.

Monitor supplier performance against quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) parameters.

Coordinate with engineering, production, logistics, and quality teams for smooth operations.

Maintain and update procurement data, reports, and supplier documentation in ERP systems.

Support new supplier onboarding, audits, and documentation compliance with company and client standards.

Additional (for Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager level):

Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and implement cost reduction and localization programs.

Lead a small team of procurement professionals and guide them in daily operational tasks.

Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews; initiate improvement action plans.

Collaborate with senior management for annual procurement planning and budgeting.

Analyze spend data and provide insights for process optimization and supplier consolidation.
