What you will do
You will develop strategic and tactical maintenance project processes to deliver complex capital maintenance projects ensuring business continuity across the IFS portfolio. You will manage the global portfolio of IFS-related capital maintenance projects, focusing primarily on capital maintenance initiatives. This includes ensuring all projects are delivered via external PM panel partners on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with business priorities. In addition, you will plan and deliver individual high value capital maintenance projects through external partners in alignment with IFS, site sustainability and workplace strategies, while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to ensure successful execution.
