Capital Projects Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic, self motivated, and analytical candidate to join our team. In this role you will report to the Senior Project Manager and assist in the assessment and evaluation of all aspects of the building envelope, including roofing, walls, windows, and garages. You will work all phases of restoration and repair projects, and be responsible for your work.

• Apply your technical knowledge to building science and restoration projects.
• Assist Senior Project Manager with building evaluations and investigations.
• Conduct site investigations and evaluations of existing building and structures.
• Conduct invasive building assessments and testing (ex. Test cuts, water / leak tests, etc.)
• Development of designs and specifications for restoration projects.
