Job Title: Capital Project Engineer
Role Overview:
As the Capital Project Engineer, you will lead the site’s engineering strategy and execution, overseeing capital projects, facility operations, and team development. You'll work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, R&D, Operations, and Corporate Engineering to ensure the plant's infrastructure, systems, and processes meet current and future business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
Collaborate with HR and the Consumer Division Engineering team to define and fulfill staffing and resource requirements.
Manage and coach the plant engineering team, focusing on talent development and performance management.
