Job Description
The Document Controller is responsible for managing and maintaining all controlled documentation for mining projects and operations. This role ensures that all project records, drawings, reports, and technical documentation are accurately processed, organized, and distributed according to company, client, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have solid experience using various Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as InEight, Aconex, SharePoint, or similar platforms
What are we looking for
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Experience in document control, preferably within mining, construction, or engineering industries.
- Hands-on experience with multiple EDMS tools such as In Eight, Aconex, SharePoint, TeamBinder, ProjectWise, or similar.
