As the Capital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of our capital equipment to mining companies and EPC firms in Toronto. Emphasizing the delivery of complete solutions, you will leverage your industry knowledge and network to foster the growth of the company.

This role is part of a regional team and is responsible for meeting sales objectives and constantly identifying business opportunities for the entire Weir portfolio by engaging in the early stage of the projects, aiming to enable a profound understanding of customer needs, building solid relationships, mitigating risks, customizes solutions, shortening sales cycles, and maximizing upselling opportunities.
