- Operation of Equipment: Operate semi-automatic or automatic capsule filling machines (e.g., Bosch, MG2, Capsugel) to fill capsules with precise amounts of powdered or granulated pharmaceutical product, ensuring all machine parameters are within quality specifications [1].
- Quality Control and Compliance: Perform in-process quality checks (e.g., weight checks, visual inspections, metal detection) at specified intervals and strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety guidelines [1, 2].
- Machine Maintenance and Setup: Execute machine setup, changeovers for different capsule sizes/products, and perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance of the equipment and surrounding production area [1, 3].
