Responsibilities:
- Always greet & welcome guests promptly in warm & friendly manner
- Always thank & give fond farewell guests conveying anticipation for their next visit
- Ensure guest are serviced within specified time
- Has good knowledge of menu & presentation standards
- Able to answer any questions regarding menu & assist with menu selections
- Able anticipate any unexpected guest need & reacts promptly & tactfully
- Take active role in coaching & developing junior staff
