Boutique hotel in Mykonos is looking for Captain Waiter/Waitress and Assistant Waiter/Waitress for the upcoming summer season 2026.

Captain Waiter/Waitress responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver warm, efficient service that maximizes guest satisfaction and sales opportunities
  • Oversee the pass area, keeping it organized while ensuring tables are attended to promptly
  • Respond to guest requests with professionalism and speed, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Take the lead in setting up the restaurant and maintaining cleanliness throughout service
  • Showcase expert knowledge of the menu to provide accurate recommendations and guidance
  • Mentor and support new staff, ensuring they meet and exceed service standard
