We are seeking experienced Captains and Stewards specializing in BHM/DHM for a mid-level position at our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time role, ideal for candidates with a passion for excellent service and attention to detail. Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess skills in staff training to develop and improve the performance and morale of our team members (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in guest relations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in food service, which is essential for delivering a memorable dining experience to our guests (Mandatory skill).
  • Knowledge in table setup to create an appealing and organized dining environment conducive to high-quality service.
  • Ability to efficiently take and process orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in service delivery.
  • Experienced in providing fine dining service, offering refined and courteous service to match upscale dining expectations.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly interact with guests and team members, enhancing teamwork and service quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.


Roles and Responsibilities
