Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile card fulfillment, inventory, billing processing, fee exception handling, and operational reports.
  • Execute business-as-usual (BAU) activities independently, ensuring strict adherence to Card Operations SOPs.
  • Manage dispute and chargeback cases for customers’ debit card transactions, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with network rules.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, BSP issuances, applicable regulations, and approved Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Establish and monitor a robust risk and control framework, including proper documentation for audit and retention purposes.
  • Forecast and manage card inventory levels and maintain strong relationships with card fulfillment partners.
  • Coordinate with the Strategy & Innovation team on card programs, system enhancements, and new initiatives.
