Job Description

The Credit Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day credit operations for Boost Bank, ensuring efficient processing, robust risk controls, and full compliance with regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end credit operations across onboarding, underwriting support, credit administration, disbursement, collections, and portfolio monitoring. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to build scalable processes in a fast-growing digital bank.

Card Operations

  • Manage card issuance, activation, cardholder setup, PIN generation, and replacement processes, reconciliation, settlement and other related processes
  • Monitor and optimise card lifecycle activities including renewals, blocking/unblocking, hotlisting, and dispute management.
