Position Summary

To support and process  cashcard/ NFP/ VCC refunds, retained card  and other stored value cards related related process within stipulated  SLA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing all Cashcard, NFP & VCC refunds including retained cards at ATM, Lost & Found, Card Surrender etc.
  • Supporting police request fulfillment
  • Online refund processing
  • Perform manual refund
  • Data Entry
  • Preparing of refund letters
  • Any Adhoc tasks assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum one year of admin/operation experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Words)
  • Team player and effective communicator
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbally in English
