Job Description
A Cath Lab Technologist opportunity is available in Denver, CO, on a contract basis at a leading medical center known for its high-functioning team and advanced cardiac care programs. This role involves working in a busy catheterization lab equipped with state-of-the-art Philips Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab, and CardioLab for electrophysiology, providing essential support in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Perform cardiac catheterization procedures including left and right heart catheterizations (LHC, RHC), electrophysiology (EP) ablations, pacemaker and ICD insertions, cardioversions, and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs).
- Scrub and monitor during procedures to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and take on-call duties as part of the team. Availability within 30 minutes of the Cath Lab is required.
- Collaborate with a skilled team of 16 staff members to maintain a 3:1 patient ratio in the Cath Lab procedural area.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of Cath Lab experience with ACLS certification.
- Proficiency in scrub and monitoring skills.
- Preferred skills include electrophysiology, structural heart procedures, and right heart monitoring.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to patient care.
- Ability to work hard and stay engaged in a dynamic environment.
This position offers day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM with weekend rotations and on-call responsibilities, providing both stability and flexibility.
