Medicus has an opportunity for a skilled Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage at a facility in west-central Virginia.

Opportunity Overview:

  • Schedule: 24-hour call coverage
  • Patient Volume: 25 per shift
  • Will see clinic patients, round on inpatients, and serve as first assist in the CVOR
  • Support Staff: CT surgeon
  • EMR: eCW
  • Must be board-certified
  • Paid travel & expenses

    • During your time off, drive the Blue Ridge Parkway for panoramic views and peaceful overlooks, explore scenic parks with trails for hiking, biking, and birdwatching, and attend college sporting events at a nearby university campus.
