Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) Registered Nurse in Mooresville, NC

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to CVICU patients, monitoring vital signs and responding to emergencies promptly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with best practices and physician orders
• Document patient data accurately and maintain clear communication with healthcare staff and family members
• Ensure all CVICU protocols and safety standards are rigorously followed during night shifts

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with cardiovascular or critical care nursing experience
• Proven ability to manage complex patient care in a high-acuity setting
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Flexibility to work night shifts during the contract assignment
