Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Credit Card Dispute processes
  • Analyze and document dispute data flows involving Merchant, Network, and Customers
  • Provide insights and recommendations for dispute data remediation and process improvement
  • Understand and advise on regulatory and compliance aspects of credit card dispute processing (optional)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex dispute scenarios
  • Support the business in identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track dispute trends and operational performance
