Provide attentive care and support to clients addressing their individual needs in their own homes Assist clients with personal care tasks, including toileting and mobility support Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients Respond promptly to any emergencies or unexpected situations Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records Offer emotional support and reassurance to our clients Perform light housekeeping duties as needed to maintain a clean and organized living space
