Job: Care Connection SpecialistClassification: Hourly/Non-ExemptJob Category: 5 Administrative Support WorkersPosition SummaryThe Care Connection Specialist screens incoming patient calls in a clinic setting and enters necessary personal, financial and/or other information necessary to ensure patient is scheduled at the appropriate clinic site.
