Care Coordinator (relieving)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Relieving Care Coordinator team as aCare Coordinator (relieving) ona permanent full-time basis. This role will see you work across all of our metropolitan and regional residential aged care homes in a relieving capacity as and when required, to cover Annual/Personal leave as well as to offer additional assistance to site teams as required. It is essential to have a driver's licence, and a motor vehicle is provided as part of salary packaging.
