Education/Experience Requirements
- QQI Level 5 Social, Healthcare degree required
- 2-3 years experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry required , an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
- Computer literacy skills is a must.
- Full clean driver's licence and access to your own car .
The Care Manager will be responsible to
- Conduct consultations and prepare care plans.
