The Guidance Career Counselling Trainer will be responsible for training school teachers and or counselors to support students in identifying suitable career paths based on their interests abilities and aspirations The role involves conducting workshops introducing psychometric tools and building the capacity of educators to integrate career guidance into the school system Key Responsibilities Deliver training sessions on career awareness guidance frameworks and counselling techniques Introduce and train teachers on using psychometric assessments and digital career tools Equip educators to support students in setting academic and career goals Conduct sessions on emerging career trends vocational options and higher education pathways Provide follow-up mentoring and support to trained teachers counsellors Prepare training materials document feedback and report outcomes Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 -...
